The Bible is shallow enough that the most timid swimmer may enjoy its waters
without fear.
It is deep enough for the most expert swimmer to enjoy without touching bottom.
Its critics have been legion, but it is still here; they are gone.
It is the root of all good civil law, and good practice.
It has comforted millions, as no other book can comfort; and still continues to
do so.
When nations ignored its teachings, they fell.
It tells what was, what is, and what will be--and epitome of life from the
cradle to the grave, and then beyond.
It is God's vital and inviolate Word, and can never be set aside.
