Supranuclear Palsy

I hope I'm sending this to the right address - First,
I'd like to share a miracle-in-the-works. A few years
ago, my uncle was diagnosed with Supranuclear Palsy.
(Dudley Moore has this incurable disease, as well.) He
was getting worse with each day, and was even put into a
nursing home by his wife who was too weak to care for
him herself. My mother recently subscribed to this list,
and sent a prayer request out for her brother-in-law (my
uncle) and, after many kind words and prayers, The Lord
has touched him! My uncle was brought back to his home
about a week ago, and he is actually getting BETTER! He
can speak now, rather than just mumbling and choking on
every other word! God is proving Himself to the
disbelievers by curing what the 'doctors' say can not be
cured! Praise The Lord! Thank you all for your time and
prayers!
I would also like to ask my fellow prayer warriors to
remember Ken - my mother's wonderful boyfriend - in
their prayers today. He's a young, healthy man who's in
the military. This morning while he was doing his laps
for PT, he blacked out. The next thing he remembers
after that is standing in line for formation, but he
doesn't know how he got there. The doctors say he had a
concussion, and that's that. They don't seem very
interested in further testing, so I ask you all to join
us in prayer that The Lord will see to it that this
passes, with on repercussions or recurring episodes.
One last request; PLEASE remember to pray for the
homeless. I received a letter in today's mail from our
local mission, asking for donations. I cried when I read
it, simply because I'm so financially drained right now,
and can only afford to send a few dollars. Sometimes I
feel that part of my mission from God is to be an
advocate for the homeless and hungry, but I'm still
waiting for him to direct me down the right path.
Without knowing which way to go, all I can do is
continue to pray for them constantly, that they may find
warmth, food, and the love of Jesus Christ as they lay
down to sleep each night. Thank you all for your
prayers, and may He continue to bless you richly!
