If you were this man, what would you Do?
Jesus came up to a man who just received Jesus as his Lord and savior, and jesus
spoke these words to the man. "I am going to use you to Minister to the lost and
the unlovable."
Then the Man replied: "Lord! Why Me? Why, God, why have you chosen me?" Jesus
answered, "Why Not?" The man replied, "I have murder my brother, been on drugs,
lived in fornication, I have done terrible things! Lord how can you use someone
like me?" Jesus said to the man. "Was that you last who came to me and asked for
my forgiveness? "Yes, Lord, I did come to you last night, but I don't deserve to
be used, Lord".
Jesus answered, "You are like the rest of the sinners who were at one time
slaves to sin, so why would I not use you? When you asked me to forgive you and
to come into your heart, I forgave you for the things you did in the past, and I
remember your past no more."
The man replied, "But, Lord you don't understand! I am no good: oh, I love you
so much, Jesus, but I don't feeel like I deserve to be used by you." Jesus
answered, "I will use you and you will touch many lives because of me and you
will be the guide to the blind and the light for the lost. You are my servant
and I have placed a Ministry on your life and through you will be the anointing
that will spread through people's lives who did not know me.
The man replied, "Jesus, I will let you use me because I love you and I will do
anything that you want me to do' all you have to do is ask and I will do it."
Jesus answered, "Go out door to door, preach the gospel, go feed the homeless,
go colthe the naked, go help the lost, go preach against sin and fornication.
Tell people if they don't change, they will die in their sin. Go to the jail and
to prison, go to the corner of the streets and preach my Gospel, Go! Go! Go! Go!
Preach the gospel 'outside of a club--go everywhere in the world, and tell
everyone about me and what I have done for you."
