That Heavenly Feast
I long to see Heaven, with the streets of pure gold,
Where we'll live forever and never grow old.
So, with eyes wide open, I look toward the East,
Just anticipating that Heavenly Feast:
There will be no more tears, no heartaches up there.
For, these things have passed, up in Heaven so fair.
We'll talk with our loved ones that have gone on before.
Then, we'll sing with the angels, on Heaven's bright shore.
This world, down below, is so wicked and weak.
I can't wait to join hands with the humble and meek.
I'll see my sweet Jesus beside God, on His throne.
And, when He comes in the clouds, He'll be taking me home.
Many Blessings
