Just
as there's dark,
And then there is day,
I can get dark,
When I don't get my way.
The angel that's sent
To watch over me,
Knows when I'm happy,
I shout it with glee!
Then there are days,
In which I am sad,
Just why did you have
To make me so mad?
I try to be good
And give up the fight,
It's so hard to do,
When I think I'm right.
But just to be sure,
I'm happy and gay,
I'm down on my knees,
I always must pray.
