Rachel's car for months has been dying every time she came to a stop—stop signs,
lights, parking, etc. Once it died in the middle of an intersection at 11 at
night and a car almost hit her. It also rumbled and shook and made loud noises
on the hwy.
Last Sabbath she and I were driving in my car when IT died. I had it towed back
home. On Saturday night Rachel was going out with her boyfriend so I asked if I
could use her car, otherwise, my 2 younger children and I would have no way to
get to the grocery store. Well, Rachel gave me a long description of how to put
it in park when at a light and push the gas at the same time so as not to die,
and to let it sit for 2-3 minutes when starting it up.
OK, we got in, started it up and sat there. I breathed a short prayer that God
would not let it die and to heal it. We were out for about 2 hours. Rob, it
never died once. The rumbling and shaking stopped. It drove smoothly down the
highway.
When Rachel drove it the next day, she told me that it had never run so smoothly
since she bought it several months ago. I told her God healed her car, and that
God is THE GREAT PHYSICIAN Who heals all--our cars, our homes, our marriages,
our hearts, our friendships, our spirits. We are to live in a "rhythm of
miracles." That is how He created us.
Praise His wonderful perfect name. Glory in Him. He is good and faithful to us
every day."
